The existing factory area of the company covers an area of 60000 square meters, with two factory areas, including forging, machining, heat treatment, finishing, sand blasting and painting production workshops and professional physical and chemical laboratories. Equipped with 35MN double column fast free forging hydraulic press; It has 5 forging hammers of various types; There are more than 30 sawing machines, vertical lathes, sleeping lathes, boring and milling machines, drilling machines, etc; More than 40 sets of special precision processing and forming equipment, such as CNC sleeper, CNC vertical lathe, CNC machining center, gantry machining center, CNC gantry drill, etc; PLC centrally controls more than 10 forging heating furnaces, post forging heat treatment furnaces, quenching and tempering furnaces, etc; It is equipped with Spectrolab direct reading spectrometer, metallographic microscope, tensile impact, ultrasonic flaw detector, magnetic particle flaw detector and other advanced testing equipment. Capable of producing and processing ring flange forgings with outer diameter D < 3000mm; Shaft forgings with length < 12m; All body covers of valves and other free forgings of various grades with weight less than 30t.
The company has established a perfect quality management system, passed ISO9000 quality system certification and EU PED certification, and has the qualification of NDT-ut Level 2 testing and self export. It is now certified by five classification societies (CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV) and wind power GL.
